Gulf of Tonkin Resolution
On 7 August 1964, Congress passed a joint resolution that authorized the President to employ American might to assist South Vietnam "in the defense of its independence and territorial integrity."
The Marine's Air War
This exhibit delivers stories about Marine Aviation. Features an A-4E Skyhawk suspended overhead. Includes a video on the Air War in Vietnam
Reconaissance Marines
This exhibit features stories of the Reconaissance "Recon" Marines during the Vietnam War, and explains how their combat role evolved.
Weapons of War
This exhibit features the various weapons of war used by both the Marines and the enemy during the Vietnam era.
Quang Nam
This exhibit shows how the Marines and their Allies fought both Viet Cong guerillas and North Vietnamese Army forces in hamlets, urban areas, jungles, and rice paddies. Includes Oral Histories from the fighting at Quang Nam.
Navy Chaplains and Corpsmen
This exhibit tells the stories of the Navy Chaplains and Corpsmen, and the important roles they played in Vietnam.
Hue City
This exhibit tells the story of the urban fighting the Marines encountered during the 25-day battle to wrest Hue City from an entrenched North Vietnamese Army brigade. Includes a moving Docent story.
ONTOS Anti-Tank Vehicle
This exhibit features a close up view of an ONTOS Anti-Tank Vehicle as it rumbles through the ravaged streets of Hue City. Includes a detailed 3-D model and Docent story on the ONTOS.
The War Along the DMZ
This exhibit describes the challenges encountered while fighting the War along the DMZ. Includes video histories for events during this time.
The Siege of Khe Sanh, 1968
This exhibit tells the story of the 77-day siege of the isolated Marine base at Khe Sanh - the longest battle in the nation's longest war. Includes Oral Histories on the conflict.

The Bitter End
The largest helicopter evacuation in history brings America's longest war to a bitter end. Includes a unique video displaying scenes from the Home Front during the Vietnam War.
